Our History
Originally, our company specialised in design and construct projects, creating systems tailored to our clients’ needs. Over time, we recognised the growing demand for reliable service and maintenance, and we built a dedicated division to meet that need.
In 2006, we restructured to focus exclusively on mission-critical service and maintenance. That’s when McNeall Air Conditioning became Critical Air Pty Ltd — a name that reflects both our history and our mission.
